When making larger, and more detailed, automation workflows, it would be nice if they ability to either copy or move a Condition or Action box to another location.

Would be nice as projects get closed, we could turn off all automations within the projects folder in one toggle than heading into each asset to deactivate.

Hi
I am adding new users to smartsheet but would prefer that their first and last names show and not just their email addresses.Β This happens even if I add them to my contacts?
Is there something that I am not doing correctly? which is not allowing the display of their names the way we want it.
Any assistance is appreciated.

I agree that some kind of automatically recurring reminders "until they do what they're supposed to" are needed. This could (and should) also apply to the Approval workflow.
The current workaround of setting up multiples upon multiples of automations "in case" someone doesn't provide the required info is too cumbersome and can quickly push you up against the # of automation limit.

This is exaclty right! The ability to manually resend when necessary, automated reminders for pending requests, reports of pending requests, and notifications for managers so follow can happen.
